If you lost your permit hangtag or access card, you are required submit an ISR (IPASS Support Request) through the IPASS Support Bot with the necessary details. The request will then be reviewed and processed as per location protocols.
Please note a replacement fee is required to obtain a new permit. The replacement fee varies per parking facility/location.
