Key Information
- You must enter and exit using your HPASS card. If you did not use your HPASS to enter, you cannot use it to exit.
- To enter, insert your HPASS card into the gate reader slot, similar to a credit card.
- Your HPASS is valid immediately after activation.
- If your vehicle was already parked before activation, you must pay for that visit; the card will work next time.
- Each valid use deducts one day (not based on minutes).
- A “day” is a 24-hour period from the time of entry, not tied to calendar days.
- You can enter and exit multiple times within the same day with no limit.
- Stays are not restricted by length within a day
